Knowing that holidays with children have their own know-how, we created this beautiful Villa Family Resort!
Located in Geni – Lefkada, opposite the cosmopolitan town of Nidri our villa would be ideal for those looking for calm relaxing moments with family and friends can accommodate up to 12 people.
It offers alternative activities and sports for all ages. It has a swimming pool, playground and BBQ. It can be your base for exploring all the island has to offer. The property is just meters away from the Geni seaside and 4km from the popular beach of Dessimi.

* Ground Floor:
The ground floor consists of two identical apartments, each designed to accommodate up to 4 guests.

- Double sofa bed in the living area (the one apartment has space for an additional single bed if needed)

- Two bathrooms
- Air-conditioning

- Shared washing machine and dishwasher
*First Floor:
The first floor is a spacious, apartment-style home that accommodates up to 4 guests, with the option of hosting 2 additional guests upon request.

- Two bedrooms: one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed
- Open-plan living and dining area, with a sofa that converts into two single beds and an armchair that converts into a single bed
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Two bathrooms
- Air-conditioning

There is direct access from the villa to Geni bay seaside.
* For more than 12 guests, there is an extra charge of 20EUR/person per night! *
** Please note that there is an extra Climate Crisis Resilience charge of 15EUR/night, as recommended by the Greek Goverment. This fee is to be paid by the guest in cash upon arrival at the villa. **
We absolutely loved this villa in the peaceful green forest of Geni. The large pool was brilliant, the views over Vlycho Bay were stunning and Mr Themis was so friendly and helpful. A perfect place to unwind!

We stayed here in August 2022 for our family holiday with a guest party of 11. Our stay in villa Nefeli was amazing! It’s a lovely quiet location, with minimal wasps. The villa owner was very accommodating, he even offered us a late check out. Many thanks

Wonderful villa, the pool, the garden and the wiew were great. Was the best accommodation ever.
Staying here can only be described in one phrase: "Paradise is here." Everything was beyond perfect...The stunning natural surroundings, the warm and welcoming hosts, the top-notch amenities. Truly an unforgettable experience!
