Knowing that holidays with children have their own know-how, we created this beautiful Villa Family Resort!
Located in Geni – Lefkada, opposite the cosmopolitan town of Nidri our villa would be ideal for those looking for calm relaxing moments with family and friends can accommodate up to 12 people.
It offers alternative activities and sports for all ages. It has a swimming pool, playground and BBQ. It can be your base for exploring all the island has to offer. The property is just meters away from the Geni seaside and 4km from the popular beach of Dessimi.

Accommodation
The ground floor is divided into two identical apartments, capable of accommodating 4 people each.
Features:
Each apartment has a kitchen (fully equipped), bedroom with a double bed, single bed in the living area, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, TV, shared washing machine and dishwasher.
The first floor is one large apartment-style house, capable of accommodating up to 4 people or 2 additional guests under request . Features:
Kitchen (fully equipped), open living-dining area with sofa that converts into two single beds and an extra armchair that converts into a single bed, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning, TV, dishwasher and 2 bedrooms of which one has two single beds and the other a double-sized bed.
There is direct access from the villa to Geni bay seaside.
* For more than 12 guests, there is an extra charge of 20EUR/person per night! *
** Please note that there is an extra Climate Crisis Resilience charge of 10EUR/night, as recommended by a brand new 2024 law for all the villas of more than 80sq.m by the Greek Ministry of Tourism. This fee is to be paid by the guest in cash upon arrival at the villa. **

We stayed here in August 2022 for our family holiday with a guest party of 11. Our stay in villa Nefeli was amazing! It’s a lovely quiet location, with minimal wasps. The villa owner was very accommodating, he even offered us a late check out. Many thanks
